Grown by Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio in the Parana and Sao Paulo regions of Brazil, these Catuai and Mundo Novo beans are pulped natural and dried in the sun. This medium roast has a character as smooth as a sales pitch, with a rich palate of milk chocolate and creamy caramel, rounded out by a toasted nut finish that lingers like a pleasant memory.
It is a cup of high standing and low pretension - the kind of stout, reliable beverage that settles the nerves and prepares a man to face the world with his head high and his apologies kept to a minimum.
