​I have traveled across continents and met all manner of men, and I can tell you that true harmony is a rare find - most things in this world are either too loud or too quiet. This Colombia single-origin, however, strikes a balance that is downright majestic.

​It is a proper medium roast sourced from the dedicated smallholder farmers of Medellín, up in the high-standing Antioquia region. Grown at impressive altitudes of 1,300 to 1,500 meters in rich, nourishing volcanic loam, these beans represent the fine traditional varieties of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica.

​Take a sip and you will discover a flavor profile that carries itself with immense dignity. It greets you with the bright, honest sweetness of dried orange and vibrant berry, before settling into a deep, comforting finish of rich chocolate.

​The care given to this crop is second to none. The beans are fully washed and meticulously dried in solar dryers to protect them from the rain—a level of cautious, high-standard engineering that ensures every single sack arrives entirely unblemished.
